Before contacting support

What to include in your message

  • Which feature you were using when the issue occurred
  • What you expected to happen vs what actually happened
  • Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPad)
  • Screenshots if the issue is visual (errors, broken layouts, etc.)
